The center of Lee has a small park, the nice bright-red-brick Memorial Hall, a white New England high-steeple church, a historic inn, and the usual collection of shops and businesses. The famous Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival (tel 413-243-9919) is actually located in the tiny hamlet of Becket MA, 9 miles (14.4 km) east of Lee, but Lee is the closest town of any size.
