Concord Visitor Center

The Concord Visitor Center, off 64 Main Street behind the Middlesex Savings Bank and Bank of America buildings (map) is open weekends, mid-April through May, and daily from May through October, from 9 am to 4 pm.

They have brochures, maps, knowledgeable volunteer staff, and clean public toilets.

Behind the Visitor Center is a water fountain, a rack of Zagster shared bikes, and the Concord Town Lot for free parking.

Minuteman National Historical Park

The Minuteman National Historical Park's North Bridge Visitor Center (tel 978-369-6993) is in the large brick Buttrick Mansion on the hill overlooking Old North Bridge (map).

The Park's Battle Road Visitor Center (tel 781-862-7753) is just off Marrett Road (MA Route 2A) a mile or two west of I-95 in Lexington. You can get maps and brochures of the park and the Battle Road Trail at either visitor center.
