Windjammer Helmsman

Any landlubber on a Maine windjammer cruise can take the helm and sail into a storm. The ship's master (captain) is standing nearby, so no harm will come. The thrill is the same, nonetheless. If your balance is good, crawl out the bowsprit for a gull's-eye view of your windjammer (in this case schooner American Eagle) as she cleaves the chill Atlantic waters off the Maine coast.
